@@madkittehz I feel you but it is possible to navigate the map and get decent loot without entering Water Treatment, it's just not as lucrative - either that or you practice clearing the Rogues until you've got it down to a science and rake in mad loot.
I’ve managed to kill all 3 once! I actually thought they were PMCs not AI. They pushed me insanely hard. Had I not head tapped the first 2. I’d of died for sure.
Rogues are broken, in the difficulty creep kind of way. It's cool that they are strong, but their aggro range is a literal decimal place off what it should be. Why does an AI, with no discernable optic on a mounted emplacement with near 1 tap certainty, engage a subsection of the player base based on an arbitrary faction choice at nearly triple the distance than the Scav BOSS Shturman?
its just insane how quick they lock onto you as a bear as soon as you peak your head anywhere on those rocks they are shooting at you even if you move to another side they see where you go through the rocks and aim bot you
They changed how they move this video is nothing like how they react to me i tried 20 times and those 4 rogues will hardly push out and they stay inside making it impossible to kill them as soon as you go inside you get lasered by 4 of them

@@tomgao7414 idk if they changed it now but about a couple weeks after these videos appeared they changed them so they don’t come outside anymore making it very hard to kill them especially solo
0:58 What I still don't understand is how many is a "few raids." Because I'm USEC, I've killed a couple in my first LH raid, and I get immediately shot at every time I go to that side of LH on my PMC for the last 5 raids I've done at LH.
Some extra things I think I've figured out is if they see you loot something in the base, they'll label you a bandit and become moderately aggressive towards you.
I don't really regret choosing BEAR as my faction, was in it for the immersion and RPG-ability within EFT. That said, I think one needs to be reminded that there is a high likelihood the Russian Federation forces in EFT's future updates, including the Russian GRU in Streets, will be hostile and even hunt USECs. So in other words, don't fret your faction alignment too much in Lighthouse. GLHF in EFT :)
Well immersion speaking faction shouldnt matter though lol because in the lore usecs are a huge part of the terra group war happening within tarkov? Just as important as bear faction… That statement makes no sense my guy…
And when that stuff gets added itll be wiped again so people can choose whatever faction again so no, people don’t really need to be reminded of whats being added and how it’ll affect them, they can choose when it comes down to it through patch notes lol… sounds like someone’s salty they picked bear

Looting ANY sort of container/bag etc will cause the Rogues to agro. It is their stuff you're stealing, after all. Ever played an RPG? Stealing usually causes a problem.
With the amount of money you need to spend on a scope and gun, just buy a Labs keycard and farm raiders with a pistol. You can kill ten in a few minutes without any of the lighthouse busy work.
i know that there will be a bear freindly group in the future but as of right now it basiclly just cuts of an entire have of the map as a bear. i think there cool and think there a great addition but there range is pretty insane. mabye a little to much. no hate but thats what its like for me.

As a eft player of 5 years heres my tip: steer clear of the rogues, ive seen a lot of dumb 💩 as far as AI goes in those five years, but the rogues are the first time where i've said "you know what? You can keep it where the sun dont shine", theyre just not fun to play against at all, and the loot is not worth it, you know, 40 minutes of trying to cheese a broken AI (and thats literally the only way to have a chance against them at all) doesnt sound hardcore to me at all, it just sounds like really poor game design to me, and its a bummer, usually tarkovs at its peak when a new map is released, but when I saw this i was so disappointed, tried them out for a week and gave up almost never i go in as a pmc since the map also will not run over 40 fps, overall they really missed rhe mark by a mile on this one

Can you do a guide for just picking 2 of and leaving been hearing people talk about that strat as a way to get great guns for cheap and you can loot there body’s without getting shot

I was watching shroud the other night and he was in one of the main buildings looting a dead rogue in front of 2 other rogues and they didn't kill him. They might just be a bit buggy atm and aggro randomly when you scav but unsure
Yeah they are bugged for sure. He might’ve not been in the raid when the rogue was killed so it might’ve bugged but try that again and he would most likely be killed

Hmmm, they changed something in recent patches. Not working for me. First roof with 2 gunners can be cleared. Second roof can not be cleared. Only 1 out of 3 gunners is visible. On the video you actualy killed only 1, skipped, and said its needed to kill all 3.
For any bears out there watching this, OUR best ability of fighting these rouge Usec’s are to blend into the night with a marksman rifle and take out each rouge one by one as they have limited range, and we’ll face limited contact of any pmcs.
Its interesting to hear about people different experiences with the Rogues as a Scav. My group and I routinely loot the middle area ( the helicopter and tent center areas) with the Rogues just chiiling in there with us. Same goes with the east and north buildings. Its a coin toss as to whether we will be aggro'd by the roof Rogues tho. There doesnt seem to be any rhyme or reason for it. It does seem like if you go into the gun emplacement mini-towers at the south entrance, it pisses the roof Rogues off. Its just ....odd. There doesnt seem to be any consistency. Sometimes you are KOS by the Rogues...other times you can hang out with them and loot indefinitely

I’ve ran right past multiple groups of rouges to go loot bodies of unfortunate souls lol. Did everyone pick bears as PMC? It’s the only thing I can think of, is that the rouges know what faction your pscav is working for & acts accordingly because literally everyone that has told me they get aggro as scav are bears as PMC & I am usec & do not get aggro’d whatsoever ??

There is a better way. Just fight out of the bushes. If u are deep enough they dont get it. But u have to kill with one shot or the rouge will fight back. But the MGs and mates dont get u if u kill one out of a bush.
They are incredibly accurate, they carry good enough ammo to get the job done. If they carried anything better than BP they would be completely bullshit as well as it limits how much hits the economy

I believe anything above that would be bad for the game.
Why do there have to be so many tasks in this area. Rouge AI is actual bullshit, no matter where I peek I get lasered instantly. I have not been able to survive or do any tasks in this area once in two wipes now.
I think the time is fine, means you can't just loot everywhere and have to sacrifice checking spots which leaves them open for others to check instead, giving an overall more balanced raid experience. Just learn to be more efficient and kill the rogues faster.

The Northern Roof Gunner can still see you even in the furthest top corner of the map, I don't get how you can kill that one from there.

My only issue is that besides BP they dont have good ammo soo I got their good gear but no ammo to use with it, all m855.

nah its just a bug they are crouching while on the mg so it looks like they are invisible you can still see a bit of their head and kill theme

I think the time is fine, means you can't just loot everywhere and have to sacrifice checking spots which leaves them open for others to check instead, giving an overall more balanced raid experience. Just learn to be more efficient and kill the rogues faster.
