    This is so great! I made my moving part a barge and I am the river. That thought is being carried away. To make it extra special the barge has a bunch of trash on it so I can see those unhelpful thoughts leaving down the river in the trash bags they need to be in!

    3 check Helpfulness. Is this thought helpful or hurtful, examine/ review the thought where is this thought coming from?? What are the consequences of this thought? How does it affect me Emotionally \Mentally?? If the thought is Not Helpful!, go to step 4!
    4 Create Distance. Visualize your Thoughts Drifting into the Distance example: a sky with clouds or a River with Drifting Boats or Waves
