I found that if you use a medium power rod (the bass x rod works really well) 6’8” for bait casting it improves your hook up ratio and the rod provides that sensitivity. I’m not sponsored so don’t trip.
@@JBfishing619 check out NDYakAngler and pay close attention to his rods and then look at the fish he is catching. I've pulled 6 and 7 lb fish from 16' of water with no issues.
