They really underestimate the powers and effects that Zeus, Hades, and Poseidon can produce. They are literally warriors on the battlefield. Their strength, skill, and elemental power are unmatched.
In the actual mythology Zeus would clap everyone up but not gonna lie this show was amazing

I still remember how Heron’s mother’s original husband (forgot his name) actually ordered his soldiers to attack Zeus. Like, did he not know who Zeus was? And if he did, what exactly did he think mere human soldiers were going to do to a GOD?

One of two theories
One, he doesn’t have faith. Ancient Greece had plenty of atheists, so he may have doubts of what he is seeing. Zeus does mention that gods can’t directly interfere with humans as it takes away from the whole, the more your suffer in life the more you earn paradise. So it’s feasible he just thinks it’s a children’s story.
Two the gods are shown to not be fully immortal in this world. Maybe he though that if enough mortals cornered Zeus, they could get a fatal strike and wound Zeus enough to kill him.

It's bad. The artstyle is imo VERY nice, the animations are utter garbage and the story is bad to perhaps average
