I love to see someone make a “I spent xxxx on…” and it’s a sustainable brand instead of garbage machines like cider or boohoo or whatever crap people buy
Ok, I found your video & channel completely randomly through a search for reviews, and this is delightful, and you are awesome! What beautiful quality your production is, too. Subscribed! 💯
Wow these dresses are so beautiful 😍!!! So glad you made a video on these dresses!! I'm going to look into buying them for myself! 😊😊😊 loved the bloopers, I was laughing so much.
I've never heard of this brand, it's so beautiful. Could you share the shoes you had on? I've been looking for a very long time for shoe's that aren't 'sneaker' type. Thank you.
I'd like to work my way upto buying more sustainably instead of using Shein. However, I do thrift 95% of my cloths. This website has some truly lovely pieces
I own the Augusta in navy anemone and noir pollinator and I’m fighting the urge to grab the golden pollinator too. I wish I knew if the puff sleeves of the Brooklyn would fit me properly so I could grab the print in a different silhouette but I’m nervous to take the risk during the gratitude sale.
HI babe- you look so beautiful in all of the dresses; what a model! Could I ask for your height & the size you ordered so that I can think about what size would work best for me?
Hello! Hmm... honestly, I wouldn't say so. Especially the eggshell scarlet dress and the dress with the buttons (forgot the name) are very warm, I even wear them during winter comfortably with a sweater. I'd say the warmest I'd wear them is 85 degrees with low humidity
@@JasmyneTheodora hmm I think the Augusta is behind you (the yellow one). I’m mainly curious about the one you’re wearing at 4:30 - looks like the sleeves are elastic at the bottom whereas the Augusta has a tie at the sleeves.
I’m just not a fan of the low cut wrap part and having to wear a slip and it showing. I’ve had 3 of their dresses now and ended up reselling 2 of them! I love their ethics and business model but the ones I’ve tried jusr don’t seem to suit me
I had the same feelings about the top of my slips or cami showing on the low cut V-neck part of wrap dresses, but I have since learned how to sew a hidden snap at the neckline, that way the wrap stays shut higher up, so it’s still a V-neck but not a low cut one and the slip/cami doesn’t show at all. Now I love wrap tops and dresses! Hope this helps 🤍☺️
Do you find that Christy Dawn dresses run true to size? I'm Canadian and so if I order and have to send something back, it would be a huge hassle so I want to get it right the first time!
Aren't it just different choices!? Some would say she is looking beautiful. Some would say she is looking like a 80 years old women . Some would say she is femenine . Some would say she has no fashion sense . It's all because the choices of clothings of different people are different.
I am so sorry but there isn’t nothing at all special about those dress for £1000 visually, maybe they feel a lot better than they look, but I cannot justify £1000 just for 4 dresses that use can get pretty much anywhere at a vintage store or low cost stores in my personal opinion. You wear them very well don’t get me wrong but money down the drain in my opinion as I can get 20 dresses for that price rather than 4 lol
A big part of the reason they’re expensive is because of how they were made - slowly, sustainably and with carefully sourced materials. I don’t regret purchasing them but I totally get where you’re coming from
Nothing personal but I was always trained to believe that dresses were for women ready for sex. Pants would keep the “ease of access” at bay. I guess my mom was scarred and that carried through but it’s always made sense
Ah these are so gorgeous and you look absolutely beautiful in all of them! Sustainable clothing is so worth it.
Thank you so much rach 🥺
Girl I love your aesthetic. Your videos are just so fun and cute. The bloopers w/ the comments cracked me up 😂
That means so much to me! You’re so kind, thank you. I’ll keep adding the bloopers haha 😆

Exactly! I wanted to spend my hard earned money on lasting, ethical clothes and these definitely fit the bill 😊
@@JasmyneTheodora love to see it!!!
I love all of them! They look so gorgeous on you🥺
🥺❤️❤️ Thank you so much
I’m so glad you support ethical feminine clothing. You really resonate for me. My fav ethical feminine store [im in australia] is coven and co.
Love the scarlet dress! They all flatter you so well 😍
Thank you 🥺 that’s my favorite too
How sheer is the Scarlett?
Girl you are stunning, so glad I came across your channel
Oh thank you so much!! I’m so glad you enjoy

you’re so pretty.😭💐 how do you do your hair?
Thank you so much ☺️ I typically do finger coils for definition and I mainly use Devacurl!
You look so graceful so beautiful in these dresses. I had to buy two dresses after this video ..lol
😊 thank you so much. I hope you enjoy their dresses as much as I do!
Update** my collection of christy dawn dresses grew to 5 after living my first 2..😆😆
I’ve been wanting to buy from them for forever and I think I’m going to go ahead and do it!
You will not regret it! 💕

After seeing the bloopers, I adore you
Such gorgeous dresses!
They really are!

Arent their dresses amazing? I have to actively keep myself from buying them now ugh
HI babe- you look so beautiful in all of the dresses; what a model! Could I ask for your height & the size you ordered so that I can think about what size would work best for me?
Thank you so much! I’m 5’9” and a size small
You’re so natural
Thank you! The shirt/dress you are wearing in the beginning of the video.. is that Christy D as well? It is gorgeous would love to know what it is.
I'm wondering what brand of dresses are you wearing in the intro. They are beautiful as well!
They’re all christy dawn!
You are so pretty 😍😍😍!!
Oh thank you so much!!
The first dress in the first clip of the video and i knew exactly what was going down
The second dress is my favorite 👍
Love that one ☺️
The dresses are looking gorgeous, thank you for the review. Do you think they are also suitable for very warm and humid temperatures?

The first dress reminds me of hazel and folk or Kara Thoms bellflower dress.
This money was wisely spend.
You look beautiful.
Thank you so much ☺️
Beautiful dresses and style ❤️
Thank you so much ☺️
What dress are you wearing in the outro at 4:30 (and a bit of intro)? It's the floral one with slight puff sleeves. Love it!
Augusta in Golden Pollinator!

Yeah I completely understand that. Have you tried Reformation? They have similar styles but their dresses aren’t sheer in my experience!

This is inspiring!
I'm obsessed! How wearable is the Astrid in sand? I love it but I'm worried I won't reach for it
I absolutely love it! It’s one of my go-to everyday dresses, in fact
@@JasmyneTheodora Definitely gonna order it with the birthday sale, thank you!
Your bloopers 😂
Very very cute dresses i will invest in one of these soon thanks beauty🌷🌻🌷🌻
I also recommend DOEN

Yes, definitely true to size!

Hi did you get a small in all of them? :)
Yes 😊
Youuuu are delightfully beautiful.
