I just heard this less than an hour ago on 889.5 WHRV Radio and it has touched me in way I can't put into words, but I've made mistakes in my Youth and now and this is a Great Cautionary song for me and anyone else who sees the road their on and know they have to change course before it's too late.
This song is so autobiographical to me. This song leaves me speechless and at a loss for words. I believe this song is relatable to everyone and a little part of everyone. There's something in our youth that we all regret. For me, there is a lifetime of regret s and mistakes in my youth. And I'm still paying for some of those poor decisions. However, the redeeming thing about going through the school of hard knocks is, I've become a better person because of it. :-)
Loved every album, always makes sense, this again seems to hit the nail on the head. Thank you for the last 18 years. try to do the best I could. Cant keep repeating.
Can't wait to see E later this week in Dublin Eels are playing twice to their adoring fans here This is another brilliant song and this album will join the treasured releases he's graced on us We've all made mistakes and keep repeating them; how true but he tells it like no-one else. And it's never too late to turn around See you soon E and thanks for the post : ) made my Friday night
it,s so beautiful that it hurts or is it the other way?one thing is sure i made a lot of mistakes, hurt the people that i loved, and now there,s no time left to make it up..
Mark Everett goes on improving himself. I started enjoying Jason Lytle (of Grandaddy) and Mark Everett (Eels) about the same time. Beginning of 2000. I keep on enjoying them. This track is promising.
Man, I love this song so much...just heard it on the radio a few days ago!!!
