- It can happen to the best of us at any time in our lives'. I'm going through a bit of a uncertainty with regard to my education, career, and life in general. I usually can handle what may come but the pressure is making me crazy. What is your experience with life crises? Was it related to your career? Relationships? Health? Etc.?

I go through this too. Have been since I was 25. I am about to be 32. I obtained a associates in accounting and apply that knowledge here on UA-cam for advertising and promoting ny videos so yes I chose UA-cam and it's not bad as you are a UA-camr too and I kno you know ☺️I seen your other video with your first payment and it seems as if you are doing a lot better. Keep your chin up. Father God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob are watching you!!

Awesome, I am very familiar with Clemson University. Originally, I'm from SC. And yes I thought I would never pursue a PhD but here I am pursuing my PhD. I can totally relate to this vlog....started in the teaching field but now my focus is totally outside of the class room but my passion for arts education and children are taking me in another direction. I'm learning to submit my goals and dreams to God. And let Him direct your path. Continued success with all of your endeavors!
I'm glad I ran across this vid. I'm older than you and only just came to some of the self actualization you speak of, I'm studying to be an anthropologist now and I'm from Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
INSPIRATIONAL. Truly a remarkable woman and one of the few youtubers I look up to! My sis is a few years younger than you with a masters in teaching and I see her now and know how worth it it is to continually pursue an education. I only have my bs in psychology and I'm soon going to start a position as a legal secretary in Virginia Beach (I was previously a legal secretary in Charlottesville, VA). I started to take a fascination in law after I finished my bs and that's why I decided to pursue that route, even today. Virginia is where I grew up though, and it's what I know so I wouldn't mind living here for the rest of my life and raising a family here. It's a gorgeous area with a lot to offer. I'm not quite where you are yet with owning a home or my level of education, but I think you're making all the right moves and I can't wait to see where this channel takes you!

You seem so wise it just blows me away to see someone who knows that they want/need a change and acknowledge what is going on around them in life. It's really nice to watch a video about serious thoughts about life that doesn't seem like it is forced or not genuine. It's just very refreshing to me to hear your thoughts and views on these subjects and just you opening up to us about this. Also Happy Early Birthday :)

I hope you find your path, I think allot of people feel like you do, however "most never do anything about and stay on the safe road. I'm much older then you and will be leaving the Boston area to relocate to Florida because I too feel stuck. I hope you find the road that works best for you.
I'm currently in undergrad and I can understand some of your concerns. I am getting my bachelors in music education (to teach middle school band) and there are so many concerns that I have. I'm not sure if you're familiar with the Praxis exam but I'll be taking that for the second time and if I don't pass, I will no longer be a music ed. major but a music major. With that being said, I think you're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing...letting the journey guide you. I have told myself that if I don't pass this exam that my higher power is changing my course and that I should trust him. (If you are a christian), let God lead you, Marilyn. I think what's getting you also is the fear of the unknown, you haven't been brought this far to be left. I don't know what to say about owning a home but what you said makes sense..you might as well own a home. It's interesting what you said about higher ed. tho, I was thinking about eventually teaching at the collegiate level but I do agree that some of my peers lack motivation to do well. I haven't made a grade lower than a B- because Sallie Mae is coming with or without a degree, that's what they don't understand. I'm currently in KY, have you considered it? We're southern but not as hot lol. Sorry to leave such a long comment but I wanted you to be encouraged.
hey girl I'm a new subscriber first off I wanna say I love the vids and I love u. girl sometimes the path u plan for urself is not way god wants u to go. follow the lord and ask him to guide u anD direct ur way and be will u have trust and believe him. don't give up ur still young. u have a full life ahead of u. I'm 25 yrs old and I need to go back to school and see what I want to do with myself later in life. I know what it is I want to do I have to make it there. its hard things just take time. trust the lord have and pray and ask the lord he hears u and he ur prayers will be answered its already done in the spirit ur just waiting for it to manifest in the flesh. just keep doing you!! Keep ur head up and u will be on your way. remember keep god first !! god bless you and I will stay in tune with you. your time will be coming
You are being way to hard on yourself. Im the same way but at 36 im learning how to fix that with lots of prayer and a good therapist. Its about learning how to get out of your own way. I am proud of you! Praying you find your path in life.
Just came across your channel - Great content. Considered teaching myself a while back but having had in class experience - It's just not for me. I think western teaching is different to some asian countries - They respect education a lot more and its hammered into them culturally a lot of the time too. Girl, most people are winging life! You got food, house, good health and many options to make money. Follow your heart. Just subscribed - Looking forward to more content

oh honey, what so many people my age would do to turn back the hands of time and be where you are (so we could do it all over again) - you are so blessed - you have such a level head and even if it feels scary you have mountains to be proud of to be where you are ------ check out Dave Ramsey for some money advice (he leads you and shows you how to get out of debt) - depend on yourself, you are so strong and do some yoga (or something like that) so you can relax - remember doing something is 1000 times easier then undoing something so plan plan plan and then plan some more (write your plans and dreams in a book if that helps you) - never change "you" never lower yourself to fit in, never do something because someone told you that's the way to do it but do it because in your heart AND head it is right - and last but not least by any means pray and get close to God and put Him first and the rest will follow - I know in this day and age "God" is not in many people's lives but for me He is - there is an saying (even a verse in a song) ..... IF YOU DON'T STAND FOR SOMETHING YOU WILL FALL FOR ANYTHING ..... peace my dear, I'm pulling for you
