Our language, religion, and people have been completely stripped of any opportunity for representation in Hollywood via this sci-fi story which is based entirely on the sociopolitical climate within the Middle East. There was not a single Arab creative visionary who worked on the film with the Director, nor a single Arab/North African actor portraying the Fremen people.
