Surfboard Review, Ferral Dark Horse Midlength Twin, The Regular Guy S03E03

On Episode 3 of Season 3, I feature the “Dark Horse” a midlength Twin Fin made by Anton Butler at Ferral Surfboards. Before I get into the performance of the board, lets just take a minute to appreciate the workmanship and creativity that went into this work of art. I was actually hesitant to wax her up and surf her. Anton is truly an artist!
The board paddled great, no surprise as its volume and length were always going to help. The biggest surprise twas that it did not like soft, mushy waves, but preferred hollow, powerful waves. All in all this board was a mind bender and I am pretty sure after you watch the review, you will agree.
