You're site is still brand new! These things can take a while :) I'd just run some brand awareness campaigns to start getting your name out there and familiarized with your audience.

Hey, I would recommend you to target the whole USA even you have a small budget because it is not like that you need a big budget to target a big area. Go broad with your interest targeting like furniture etc and experiment with it in different ad sets but one interest at a time so that you can know what is working or what is not. Facebook AI will show your ads to people who are more likely to buy from you. You can take help FB Ad Library to what type of Ad Creative people are using in your industry.

Only if people take more time on page watching the 3d image, then average time visit increases, that's the only way I'm seeing it helping with ranking

You would be looking for both :) You will want a keyword for each product. The keyword will likely be the product name.
