There's plenty of old hippies still in town - Many, made millions on the real estate. Modern hippies ? Not really a concept anymore. Some of the adult children and musicians related to hippies are the closest thing to a new hippy
Wow very insightful, thanks for the comment. That blows my mind actually, so interesting. Who would've thought that their house investment in San Fran would have skyrocketed the way it has nowadays. They got to live the carefree hippie life in their heyday then got twice as lucky with the housing market in their retirement haha brilliant :)
