LLCs will be fined $500/day in 2024 if you don't do this

If you started an LLC in 2024 - you will accrue fines of up to $500 per DAY if you don't file a new report within 90 days. Business owners are not effectively being notified of this yet you will still be obligated ot pay these fines. the new BOI report must be filed by most LLCs to FINCEN (a united states government organization similar the the IRS)within NINETY days of starting your LLC. If you have an LLC which was formed BEFORE 2024, you are still required to file this report, but have until 2025 to file your BOI.
