Awesome! Thank you! Nice, I was doing the exact same thing for awhile, both wedding and real estate. I started in the wedding space but then having a kid made shooting weddings all weekend and just being gone awhile tough, so I slowly transitioned to RE! Thanks for the feedback and for watching!
Hey Andrei, do you put your contact details at the end of a video? How do other agents find out it was you who shot a video they liked and contact you for a job? Great video, thanks
I used to put my business’s logo at the end, but stopped doing it awhile back. Typically when the agent shares it, they’ll tag me and my business, or if an agent reaches out the the agent we did the work for, they’ll refer them to us. Thanks so much!
Different markets have different needs. For example me being in the more luxury space, I rarely do 3D tours, they would rather our cinematic videos. But some other markets in different areas might be totally different. Drone is definitely a necessity, especially for higher end properties
Have a question about this shoot. Did you shoot only a vertical video? If so what do you usually charge for a vertical shoot and edit? I shot for an agent that wanted an Instagram edit but also a full video for UA-cam so I’ve just cropped for Instagram but sometimes stuff doesn’t fit well but not worth shooting both 16:9 and 9:16 to hit both. Awesome video buddy! I’m subbed
Thanks! Yeah, this is one of my main clients and she’s switched to just having me shoot a vertical video, but still books my photo/video package. Normally I offer the regular video + reel edit. I get what you mean, so what we do is we stack 3 horizontal clips on top of each other to fit the vertical aspect but still be able to see everything. Thanks so much!
Good stuff. I've been toying with this idea for a while now honestly just using my phone for it since it can shoot 4k. Good quick little upsale if you ask me!
Great tips! sharper knife next time😁.
Thanks so much! Hahah honestly
Awesome video Andrei! Subscribed to this amazing channel as I am also a wedding and real estate photog.
