    I loved it I'm so sore because I'm always on my feet at work, Im a dishwasher at a hotel and it is physically stressful, I would love more of these thank you so much Kelly I'm glad to have u back, have a great day hope u are well ❤️

    This is exactly what I was looking for! I never realised how important the moments of silence were until I tried another "relaxing yoga" routine from another UA-camr and they spoke ALL. THE. TIME. I just couldn't relax with the constant yapping. Thanks Kelly. This was a great routine.

    I hope you will do more like these. I am just starting to get into exercising again (it’s been a long time!) and my body feels soo stiff and rusty. I definitely need lots more full body stretching! Thank you 💖

    I feel like every time I find a "new" stretch routine from you it becomes an instant favorite for me. This was exactly what I needed to reset my brain and prepare my body for the day. There's a lot on my plate and I love that your workouts (especially the stretch routines) help me refocus on me for at least a few minutes. Thank you! Your encouragement is also always extremely timely.

    Couldn't go through with hiit today because I wasn't feeling my best mentally... I felt like crap but I did this routine and for some reason I feel a lot better. Thank you : )

    I started to love stretches during my trainings in the bouldering gym. I put my eyes on this stretching session and planning to try it out in the beginning of the bouldering training. Thank you, Kelly!!! Your explanations are clear and it’s pleasant to follow your routines in general!

    Just did this routine for the first time today. Its awesome! I’m a dialysis patient and don’t get much exercise, but stretching really seems to help and this was perfect. 👏🏽 Thank you. The beeping kept making me want to check my microwave. 😆 I’m going to check out some of your other videos too. 😉

    I am getting over covid and cannot do my normal cardio due to my heart rate jumping up. This video was great in stretching out my body and getting me somewhat moving w/o worry. I also feel like i need a nap, thank you Kelly I needed this!

    Omg Kelly. I just did the "lift like you mean it!" Upper body workout and you uploaded this. I thought "do I have some extra 20 minutes to try this?" I have some things to do today but I gifted myself this extra 20 mins. And oooh Kelly...what a great decision that was. Just 20 minutes to feel this good, like im not even kidding. Really, one of the best relaxing workouts I have done with you. Thanks a ton!!!!! Now I feel in an extra good mood to tackle my day ❤

    Felt anxious this morning so walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and finished with this workout - this will be on heavy rotation in my self care package 💕 thank u - so calming and permission to slow down and just listen to my body

    Just starting to get back into exercising, and Day 1 it is this. I was too lazy to stand up and do this, so I sat through all these stretches with my own modifications. Feeling so relaxed still ❤
