if u notice any place thats a nice area to live cost a right good bit to live there.i can remember a time in wilmington when about anywhere u went it was a nice place to live.another thing that dictates where the nicer places to live are is the school district u live in.they up the price because they know u want your kids in a better school.
Wilmington is at max capacity seriously! The road systems are not adequate for the influx of people moving here and nothing flows be prepared to wait in traffic like your trying to get through downtown new York
Big downside of the area is little to no good high schools. At least by the ratings, they are very disconcerting. Thank You for putting Work into the content.
The crime rate is high, we also have a bad drug problem and alot and I am talking alot of homeless people. Everything that he is showing in the video really is not what it looks like., it is definitely not that clean looking. I will put it like this if you are downtown you can walk around and think what a lovely southern town, walk five feet around the corner and feel like you are in a third world country. And the roads are absolutely horrible.
@@suzanmiller558 Wrightsville Beach is very small and traffic is horrible during summer and has a high amount of people in the summer and is a very expensive. Carolina Beach/ Kure Beach is very "white trash" and has the same problems as above. But to answer the question yes the crime rate is the same.
Yeah I totally agree we have had a influx of millions don't move here we're at max capacity seriously our road systems can't take it y'all go on home you hear

@@ArmyOne519 I'm sorry to hear that buddy. The beach is a place of healing let it in and enjoy it!! Also go out there at night something about relaxing on the beach at night watching the stars with your wife ❤️ heals the soul I swear!! On the north end of Carolina Beach you can drive out for there I think it's $15 now, the same goes for topsail island but it's free I believe. Also visit fort Fisher it's historic and a must to visit
What area would have more of a mature neighborhood, tree lined streets, mature trees, green, etc?
Great content my man!

I’m looking at a piece of property that is close to figure eight island. I am hoping it’s a safe area. Btw how is the crime rate in Wilmington?

Don’t move here. Seriously. Just don’t. Overcrowding is the biggest problem right now. Traffic is killing us already. It’s just not worth it anymore.
Well you move and I’ll move in.
Fish bites is down there in Myrtle grove. You are leaving out alot.
