where can i find the rack you used to place the bacon on? I have one but it's not as tall as yours seemed which I think allows more smoke to flow through. Thanks

What temp is your smoker & can I do this in my oven with a damp bowl of applewood chips?

We set the smoker at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. We don't have any experience trying this in the oven :(
