How pipe threads work

Hey have you heard that the toe nipples that are threaded on both ends are molded instead of cut? And that the molding process isn’t as cut as the cut threads, thus more prone to leaking.

This is true, since molded nipples often have more imperfections. I use extruded nipples whenever possible.
