Singapore Airlines passenger describes 'horrifying' turbulence

Investigators have begun to piece together why a Singapore Airlines flight from London to Singapore hit severe turbulence with little warning. A British passenger died from an apparent heart attack and dozens more were treated after the flight made an emergency landing in Bangkok.
