What brand grill?
5:00 there are products out there that don't require any zip ties. for example zunsports grill. a bit expensive but fits perfectly.
But it fits in front of the splitter not behind

Where did you get the mesh screen from?
I purchased from another member on forums. But if you google it you could find.. it shouldn’t be more than $250 for the set
Since you put mesh in you should have cut out the holes in the back to get more airm
