Ingredients:
1 1/8 c cold water
8 tbsp. meringue powder
2 tsp. cream of tartar
4 lbs quality confectioner’s sugar (2-2 lb bags)
2 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tbsp. clear vanilla extract (swap any flav or)
30 drops white food coloring gel (1 drop per cup icing)
