- The cult calls it "Golden Era Productions" and it does include an AV production facility but it is also home of the infamous Sea Org. There's Mansions for the leaders, overcrowed dorms for the staff and the RPF (Rehabilitation Project Force) complete with running pole (google maps for satellite view).
All surrounded by railings, razorwire, electrified fences, CCTV cameras plus car license plate cameras on the highway. Some "religion" eh?

Keith Henson picketed this base and $cientology had him arrested. I stopped off the highway here one time to take a photograph of their church building. A security guard came up from his guard shack and exchanged some pleasantries and then asked us to move along. What? I was on public ground. Pound sand buddy. Then I'm watching a special about the Father of the head guy at Scientology having to "escape" from this location by fooling the security guards. What? Since when can people be held by an organization like this against their will? Amazing. This place needs to be taken a look at. Very spooky.
Used to drive by it almost daily when I live in Hemit, so much shadey shit has happened over the years, no doubt in my mind they have people held against their will. Theres been so much complaints of human rights abuse. Ive also heard they have a whole armory on property, with armed guards more to stop people from leaving, then people from entering... Wouldnt doubt they have a grip on law enforcement in the area too.
When I lived in Hemet, there was a "pirat ship" at that location, where they would assemble tours of the facility. I guess that's gone now?

I used to live in Hemet and worked at Dominos in the late 80's. Golden Era would occasionally call up and order 6 to 10 pizzas and I'd have to take them out there even though it was about 10 miles from the store and way out of our territory. The owner wasn't going to pass up orders that big. Took forever to get out there and back and they never tipped at all. The women that worked there wore uniforms that looked somewhat like WWII era female uniforms. Don't recall seeing any men... Weird place
Relatives lived next to the place and they claimed to hear screaming and wailing at night. (3 years ago).

This is the "Gold Base" which has a prison called "The Hole" where they keep people locked up for "crimes against the church". Those screams were people held against their will in a prison while the leaders play mental torture games to keep them in check. I lived in Hemet for 15 years about 3 miles from this place.
I grew up in Hemet from 74-96 back in the 50's and 60's the movie stars would vacation there it was called Gillman hot springs I actually met ken Norton the boxer there around 1980 he use to train there before he lost to Jerry coney around the mid 80's is when the Scientology nuts started turning it into a film studio the rumor was they were making pornos and underage sex films at golden era studios. My buddie lived in a apartment in hemet where at hey lived also and when the Scientologist would be on the city bus with him he said they wouldn't talk to you or look at you they were like robot drones looking straight ahead not answering you riding the bus out to Gillman hotsprings rd
The best was in 1989 I tore up their golf coarse on my cr500 dirt bike and had the security chasing me around but I got away ha ha ! Anyway defiantly confirmed creepy place and robots !

No joke, I live off near where this place is located. I didn't realize this was all Scientology buildings until today but I did know of their being Scientology related churches that had been shut down or abandoned. My family and I drive past every few months, we always thought it was some shut down resort or amusement park because I've only ever passed by seeing pillars and blue castle like walks. You never see any movement on the property either which is always creepy since the place is always clean

I used to live in Hemet where this place is located and they had bus loads of people who were living in a local apartment building and this was about 20 years ago, but the people were sea org and they got locked in the apartments from the outside then the bus would leave and come back the next day and so on............. Crazy
