That does happen make sure the wings are perfectly symmetrical and you need to keep them at the same angle

Yes that does happen occasionally. I would suggest you try to make the wings more symmetrical. This usually fixes the issue for me

That can happen
Usually it is because you need to make more accurate folds
If the wings aren’t exactly the same size the plane will turn. Also try and implement the little tip I give at the end
