As a true and neutral entrepreneur, be appreciative of good deeds by (any) Govt and critical about their negative deeds and policies. Bro, You don't understand the industry. If you own a company then you need to attract customers, only a fool will miss a opportunity to miss a customer. So a brilliant mind always focus on building good product and marketing it to the customer. Having office inside trade center is always an advantage, people trust offices in such premises, For eg, see Technopark in Kerala. So we might feel it as a showoff but in fact most people do this as a marketing thing. Plus there is an added advantage, if I want to be his customer, this video is giving me enough insight into his office, and if Im an employee I can understand see this video about the environment I'm going to work. Congrats to you in advance to becoming a CEO.
