Is there a video on lymphedema? Is there a way to tell the difference between edema and lymphedema? Thanks

Oh wow! I followed you from your beginning of wellness, I can’t remember what you branded as, bought some of your books/programs. Your video showed up on my suggestions and happy to see you have expanded your education! Well done. Happy for you. Subscribed.

I used to help a diabetic neighbor by getting her mail. She kept going to the hospital to get parts of her feet amputated.

If you have digestive and/ or absorption issues, you may also need a supplement to insure getting the required amounts.

      What are poke berries?

@@katharinesaville6145 they're poisonous, though younger shoots (collected before flowering/fruiting) are a nice green vegetable (must be peeled and cooked). Poke weed grows everywhere - I watched a foraging video on it yesterday. See Feral Forager channel. Hibiscus tea is a safe effective, and delicious natural diuretic. When I had pitting edema from an autoimmune clotting , then heart failure reaction, I used hibiscus and systemic proteolytic enzymes, and it went away. My doctor was surprised as he'd been ready to hospitalize me.

For the millions who dont or wont eat a nutrient dense diet a B Complex or multivitamin MAY be better than nothing.
