I am 51, and have gotten ESFP on personality tests since I started taking them at age 16, but never really felt that the description was "me". Watching your videos on ESFP today I see so clearly that I am, in fact, an ESFP! Thank you so much for the time you take to make these videos.
Yes, this was the same for me! Never felt like an ESFP because of the descriptions, but never knew what else I could be. This was such a good explanation! I feel seen. :,)
Very inspirational video too. I try to learn more about ESFPs, since they're INTJ opposites, and there's something about them that fascinates me and something that they are I want to have in my life in some capacity. With your Fi video a couple months back now applied for your ESFP video, I have come to be intrigued by mature ESFPs understanding of their Fi most specifically, and I tend to look to these people to help me navigate my own Fi in a way. There's always things to learn and apply from other types, and I'm looking forward for more, especially ISFJs and INTPs in particular 😊
Ni is so hard. I find that if I SE i can access it. Vs deprivation. A run with music blasting gives my SE "something to chew on" and naturally i start to think of purpose and vision. This is hack i didnt realize ive been doing my whole life. However, vision and dreaming is easier than planning. Holding details in a sequence is impossible sometimes. Having a sounding board (sister!) is key. Fi as parent is absolutely essential for me. I became obsessed with emotional vipassana as a healing tool to process childhood trauma. I lean into the fi when i dont know what I feel or in NI grip. Crazy how Fi really can be the parent! Thanks for the great description of the functions and their inter-relatability,
With this series & the one before, i really don't have to read the original books on MBTI. Professional illustration of cognitive functions with good examples. Thank you.
Wow everything you said was so spot on. Your understanding of these functions and ability to explain them with such clarity is amazing, thank you for this video!
Socionics Model G shows that ESFP progresses by taking on the healthy aspects of ENFJ in public and INFP in private. By developing flexible Se, Si, Fi, Fe cognitive functions.
I'm an AMBIVERT : "a person who has features of both an introvert (= someone who prefers to spend time alone) and an extrovert (= someone who prefers to be with other people) in their personality: Ambiverts are sometimes also called outgoing or social introverts. An ambivert typically enjoys other people, but needs time alone." - Cambridge Dictionary So, I guess I'll need to figure it out 😊

Ditto- I’m looking forward to the ENTJ video because ESFP+ENTJ are what I look to for growth as an INTJ

No, you still do.
That's one of the best videos about the ESFP! Keep going with your vids!
This describes us so perfectly! I feel seen for once! Lol Thanks for sharing!
I’m always looking out for these. THABKS for putting so much time into them. I’m looking forward to the ENFJ ONE👍🏽

Amazing episode

Se is the function that strives for personal self-expression. Because of aux Fi, if the savior blast doesn't receive the full attention it wants for p
I took the test 3-4 times on different websites and I got ENFJ once and ESFP for the other ones. I think I’m ESFP 😅
