I did this with my dad all went well, we missed one step with the screen and it cracked. Went from watching this video to going to buy a new tv 😂 shoulda paid attention
@mrkickdoors Oh no...very sorry about that. At least you guys gave it a try. The panel is always the scary part. I cracked one myself yesterday on a Hisense. 😄
Hello, i replaced both leds but one of the leds doesn't light up correctly, i tried to change the side of the cables but is basically the same problem, so is not the led, also tried to change the power supply and still the same
Sorry for the late response. To begin with, which of your sides had the issue before you disassembled it? Is it the same side that is not lighting up correctly after you replaced them with a new one?
Hi @@GidFix-pl3lg i thought it may be the led cables,(the ones who carries the power from the power supply to the led stripes), but i changed the places in the connector and the other side of the tv had the problem, I don't know of it's some sort of led voltage regulator on the main board
Great video. This is very detailed.
My LG TV had the same issue, right side LED strip burned. Watched your video and fixed it, works perfectly now. Thanks!
Thank you very much for your comment. Glad to hear that your issue was resolved.
Thanks to you, my faulty television will be fixed and not be dumped👍
Thank you for the comment.

About to try this, but I want to buy the LED tester first. Do you have a link to one?
Which country are you located? You can easily get one on Amazon or Aliexpress. Just type LED Backlight Tester in the search engine.
@@GidFix-pl3lg Thanks. Bought one on Amazon. Arrived next day. Should be set. Now just waiting for the backlights.
@@frugalenterprises8990 Great to hear. All the best in your repair. Just be careful with the LED Panel and you will fix it.
