Great, another polarising matchup for under-performing heros. Viserai has only just broke out into the meta again to be slammed down by this monstrosity :L Going to be great fun pitching a blue just to play out swarming gloomveil mid game....
@themisvoul1045 hero ability means nothing. Ice cards as a whole still exists that will make the game miserable. They either need to catch restrictions or bans.
@@dracoparadox not really they need to print more to support full ice generation. How else hyper aggro is going to be checked? Half the heroes cannot keep up because of a few outliers that can generate 20value per turn. The game needs to slow down.
thx fuck i was awake when i shoudnt be, immediatly bought 3 oaken old rainbow foil, a cold foil pulse and 3 expose to the elements while the rest of uk/europe was sleeping
@@lasterman94100 oaken old was a 1 off because pulse was suspended before that it was a 3 off. Not only do we have pulse back we have a new double element card
We'll see, because if people manage to tank enough without using their equipments, he's basically textless most of the game, still he sounds super fun and he's cool af
@@lasterman94100 you kinda right but don't forget he gets 2 elements that is a big strong pool and with rosetta he now has plow and felling in addition there are decks that really need their equip uses and now and last but not least he has cards that affect your equip wheter you use it or not and just so we are clear I think he's really cool and strong :)
@@BonkieDesu I don't think the character will play around decompose at all since it's more of an ice than a earth hero, and the cards you mentionned aren't really that good if you never expect to decompose. Decompose is already hard for pure earth heroes, I don't see a double elements hero ever achieving it. As for the cards that hits the equipments such as Mangle, they already existed and were considered not that good just because unless you attack react, it's really hard to hit the crush on guardian attacks, and a lot of equipment stay on the battlefield when they take -1 counters outside of combat. I will play the hell out of the hero when he comes out, but I think it's to early to tell how strong (or weak) he'll be, his specializations seems pretty reasonable so far
@@lasterman94100 I see thnks for the insight but what about the new card crumble to eternity ? and do you think the new weapon for him maybe will affect the opp equip in some ways under a some condition for activating it?
@@BonkieDesu for the Crumble to Eternity question, it's clearly ment to make Mangle playable and I think it does, but it also makes it really telegraphed, giving dominate for the next turn means the opponent knows what's coming, that's also the case of the Mangle tutor, if Mangle ends up being as mid as it used to be, then the specialization will be as well As for the weapon, it definitely will play around breaking pieces of equipment in some ways, as it is often the case that a hero's weapon is half of its rule text, but we'll see I am also really interested to see what the legendary equipment mentionned will be as it is brand new and a first for a precon armory deck
Personally, i think ice was sorely missed in the last few formats. It's a naturally limiting effect to potential problems in any given meta and would've remedied some of the issues I've had with the game recently. So excited to have it back and to start brewing!
bruh, my ninja in shambles right now. between the bans and a new natural predator. EVERY DECK I PLAY IS GETTING MURDERED SOMEONE HELP ME!
I reckon they will include Marvel Adult Jarl in the Guardian Mastery Pack!
Comes out November 29. The next time we get info is worlds LSS Keynote Presentation on Thursday Oct 31st.
Exposed to the Elements
I think it be cool if the weapon was 2 handed but jarl could use one handed, having its attack cost an additional energy if used one handed

Fai looking good with Thaw if he doesn't LL soon
Thaw is a trash card
Not excited to sit across from ice again. Made the game absolutely miserable and almost pushed me off the game.
Now it can fix the mismatches in the game. Also I don't see relevant token generation with this hero. Hero ability is blank basically

don't do stupid things, first I think pulse will be in the deck, and Oaken was a 1 of in Oldhim, so a playset is also a bit much
I bought all the Oldhim stuff to play him in LL a month ago! Can't wait for Newhim!!!
