I made a different Sit-and-Spinner by attaching a bunch of big wheels together and supporting them with a stone slab and stabilizer. The initial version picked up speed really fast but eventually flopped far enough to drop Link. I managed to get it to not flop too much by attaching four stabilizers pointing out in a + formation to the top wheel, but it spun slower. The one in this video is definitely better.

it's in the spiral sand formation shrine in Akkala. All you gotta do is attach something to it and you can use it outside the shrine using Autobuild.
