I was taught to lift the foot (whilst the needle was in the fabric) then move the ziphead. Then drop the foot and carry on.
You call it a zipper pull.

Love this pillow. I am a very literal and novice quilter. The flying geese on here should be 5 x 9 1/2 cut. On your blog that measurement is not shown as to what size squares I should start with. Or I am not reading the chart correctly. Can you or someone help me, please?
