The chain saw in your garage can give you a wonderful massage. Be sure to leave the blade on, Rev that thing up, and be certain that you press that blade into where you need that massage. It felt so wonderful, my arms, and legs just fell right off!! The only down side was they couldn't reattach them. But it felt good! There was a lot of blood though, but that's because the massage did so well, that the blood just gushed.
I'm still going to try the car buffer yet I own a theragun 3 pro since I feel they have ppl using and are liable. Unlike the DIY masage tools that straight up aren't going to endorse the use of it on your body.
😂 ...this lady is upset as she is charging $$$ per session and can be replaced by a jigsaw half the price. And no, you’d have to attend 8-10 massage session targeting the same area to break up serious scar tissue costing serious$. I think i’ll try this 50$ rig and use it build/fix stuff and my body 🤠.
The weight is too heavy. It is not easy to use and the massage head is not ergonomic. The machine does not adapt to the shape of the body. I recommend massagers with ergonomic massage plate to protect the vertebral column.

It's like a massage chair...good for general relaxation but the danger comes with people self-diagnosing or massaging with tools to "get rid of" soreness to work out "harder" which will ultimately lead to injury.
FALSE! Only chemical medicine can numb the pain receptors enough to continue working hard and getting injured. Exactly why pro athletes get hooked on pain killers. But these devices won’t numb or get rid of soreness, instead they cause more soreness through traumatizing the muscle, breaking up adhesions and scar tissue, which in turn forces new blood in the muscles/tendons to repair it self.
@@MJ-fj9yv You claimed "FALSE!" and didn't address anything I said. If you use massage without understanding what you are doing only to work out harder you will numb the body to its own recovery...exactly like medicine that pro athletes get hooked on. If you have adhesions and scar tissue that is preventing motion through the joint then you DEFINITELY need help from a professional. Hence, my statement of "self diagnosing" there is a reason that professional sports teams have physiotherapists, massage therapists, exercise physiologists and coaches. These devices are like a massage chair. If you see them as "injury rehab tools" then you are self diagnosing.
As a massage therapist, I think tools are great, but without training you could put yourself in serious danger. For instance, if you massage an area with varicrose veins/deep vein thrombosis, you could move a blood clot to your heart. People have died from this. Be careful! Tools are wonderful to incorporate, but use precaution when going over areas. Please do some research before attempting anything like this. It can do more harm than good if done incorrectly.

Sounds like companies are getting some competition and they don’t like it.
Lol yeah but a massage cost £40 to £60 + each session and a massage jigsaw should be good for years.
Tools not to use:
Chainsaws
Angle Grinders
Jackhammers
Front End loaders
Road Graders
what are you talking about? my girlfriend loves the jackhammer 😂
Made my own jigsaw massage. Its awesome.
As someone who does this. 10/10 would recommend just watch a few vids first
Of cour$e the other side is going to $ay that doing thing$ by yourdelf is bad.
That is true that it is cheaper like some jigsaws cost as low as 20 dollars but the theragun cost 600 dollars ?

You don't get a happy ending from the power tools. 😜
oh? welp the dark web begs to differ...
D Jay which ones?
That’s what the cordless vacuum is for
Wrenches used with a hammer can help with muscle aches for shoulders

You should probably not be using massagers on your erector spinae to begin with, the massager is bound to hit your spine.
You sound like a weakling, this stuff is for athletes who are strong...i.e. not you.

Watch out for blood clots in even the fittest of athletes or if someone just took a long flight
Are you claiming this would cause blood clots???? 😆
@kathy Allen would u mind going into further detail or explanation of your statement.
