Hugely inspired by the classic 8 and 16 bit Castlevania games, this game looks good and controls well.
ABOUT THIS GAME
The legendary stage and film actor, and classic horror star, Bela Lugosi, makes his long overdue video game debut in Carpathian Night Starring Bela Lugosi!
The plague of Dracula's army continues to spread across the Carpathians, growing stronger with each victim it claims. Those who attempt to resist are met with a fate worse than death. If Dracula is not stopped, he will bring everlasting night to the world.
Only two champions have answered the call to bring divine justice to Dracula and his minions. Abbot Dorin, warrior monk and leader of the Kelemen Monastery, and Irina Dracul, vampire, pyromancer, and ancestor of Prince Dracula, have joined together to drive back the Army of the Dead and hunt down the legendary vampire himself. Zombies, vampires, werewolves, ghosts, and demonic beings of every kind await all who dare trespass into their master's domain! Those who survive the horrors of the Borgo Pass will reach the gates of the ancient Castle Dracula, where the real nightmare begins!

I've reached out to the winner multiple times and they have not made contact. I think 2 weeks is a fair time to wait.
If anyone else wants it? I'll give it to the first person that responds to this comment.
I'll take it!
@@kandowontu5896 on its way.
I'd have to give it to "Vampire Hunter D (1985)" for being stilistically in it's own realm of having the haunting nature of vampires down - it has it all!
👍
Bram Stokers Dracula from the 90s comes to mind first!
@@PrettyBlueThings 👍
Best Vampire Movie is still "From Dusk Till Dawn"! What really was cool, is that nearly the first half of the movie is a very cool gangster-thriller-roadtrip and then all of a sudden it turns into an horror vampire splatter film! I love it.
@@huillamdaverc3141 it was unexpected for sure.
My favorite vampire movie is The Lost Boys.
👌
I think my actual favorite is the classic Nosferatu, but I had the most fun with 'What we do in the Shadows', the movie and the series 🧛
@@TheEbrithil2 👍
My favorite vampire movie of all time is "Shadow of the Vampire". Willem Dafoe and John Malkovich? It's seriously great
@@nickxcom John Malkovich is a great actor.
Vampire Hunter D, if this isn't on the list that speaks more about your taste. Anime scifi fantasy classic it has it all. 😉
@@peterkozlowski4377 Love some Vampire Hunter D 👍
"Love At First Bite" is my favorite Dracula movie. If you haven't seen it do yourself a favor
@@RAGINxxXxxCAJUN will do 👍
@@PixelCherryNinja It's a comedy spoof of Dracula. Made in the 70s.
@@RAGINxxXxxCAJUN sounds good.
It looks pretty sweet, Van Helsing was probably my favorite movie.
@@Nateanderthal entertaining movie.
@@PixelCherryNinja I think it's very underrated and it came out at a time when there was too many other movies like it including the underworld movies which were also pretty sweet.
@@Nateanderthal I definitely agree, as I did not watch it when it initially came out but did years later. I remember thinking this is a fun time movie, and couldn't understand why everyone kept saying twas bad.
I would probably have to go with the original Blade movie, good cheesy 90's nostalgic fun. From Dusk till Dawn is up there as well but there's only vampires for the later half of the movie.
@@michaelfrank5578 both great movies.
My favorite vampire movie is:
Dracula: Dead and loving it.
@@AS-ly3jp I haven't heard of that one before.
@@PixelCherryNinja It's a horror/comedy with Leslie Nielson.
@@AS-ly3jp I have seen that. I love Leslie Nielson movies.
Interview with the Vampire. 🧛
@@NinjaRunningWild Love that movie!
Interview with the Vampire is my favorite V movie thats not over the top action. This game is cool, we need more vampire games to compensate the lack of Konami's initiative.
@@ELV13S I love that movie. I even went in to read the books in the series.
Castlevania Revamped is fantastic. ProJared did a Let’s Play of it.
@@NinjaRunningWild nice, I enjoyed my play of it too.
@@PixelCherryNinja I think theres a netflix series about it but i prefer the movie version a lot more
@@ELV13S I did not know that. That's interesting, time to check out Lestat again.
Dracula of Francis Ford Coppola
Entry No1 is in 😀
the Castlvania netflix series is absolute fire, but you asked for a movie so 100% The Lost Boys! Hope you are doing well PCN!
@@_BELMONT_ Love Netflix Castlevania. I'm good bro, I hope you're well too.
@@PixelCherryNinja good to hear dude! I appreciate you!
Very cool game, i would love to try it on steam. My fav vampire movie is definitely Blade 🤙
🩸🛁
Got that one for myself some time ago 👍 Nice game.
@@RainerK. Nice one Rainer
Anything Castlevania is A-Okay with me PCN. 8^)
Anthony..
@@Charlie-Cat. Always!
My favorite vampire movie is Bloodstone: Subspecies II from 1993, followed closely by the ever loved 1987 classic... Lost Boys!
@@Xorcist77 good pics.
I enjoyed "Let the Right One In" the Swedish version.
I think I've seen it, a slow burner, if I remember correctly.
Robert Rodriguez's From Dusk till Dawn will always be my favorite vampire movie. It combines action, comedy, horror, and sex appeal to make a well rounded entertaining movie. The combination of unlikely actors sharing the spotlight helps carry the movie in ways that shouldn't work. We got Harvey Keitel playing a father on vacation with his family, George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino playing as two criminal brothers, Danny Trejo as one of the vampires, and last but not least, Salma Hayek as the vampire queen pulling off an unforgettable strip dance with her titties out in the open! My favorite part in the whole movie (obviously doesn't top Salma Hayek's scene) is when they introduce Tom Savini's character Sex Machine. I won't go into more detail because you either watched it and know what I'm talking about, or you need to watch it and see which parts stand out for you on your own.
A great review right there 👍
From Dusk Till Dawn
👍
Roman Polanski´s The Fearless Vampire Killers (Dance of the Vampires). This was a fun one and cheesy as hell eh eh
I haven't seen that one, I'll have to check it out.
@@PixelCherryNinja It´s so cheesy but it´s fun to watch, give it a go 😄
Stephen King’s The Nightflier
My favorite book is Salem’s Lot so I certainly have a soft spot for the movie, and the TNT movie they made.
@@robertpeacock894 Salem's Lot is one of the first Stephen King books I read. I haven't seen the movie though. The night flyer is an awesome watch.
Blade
👍

@@chrissretrogaming7009 Great movie.
Vampire in Brooklyn! #eddiemurphy
I'll pick the original Vampire Hunter D as well. The sequel that came out over a decade later was just okay.
I remember when I first saw Vampire Hunter D, it was like nothing I'd seen before.
