This architectural marvel has truly encapsulated the spirit of the past whilst bringing this 80-year-old structure into the 21st century. Within the 42-acre site that Battersea Power Station sits on is Circus West Village, made up of boutique shops, restaurants and entertainment spaces, 19-acres of communal green space, which the majority of will be completed by March 2022, and 4,000 new homes. However, only 254 of these homes are in the Power Station itself, making this a truly unique opportunity to purchase a piece of London’s history.
A mixture of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments are inside Battersea Power Station and all of them honour the rich history of the building whilst adding contemporary touches to create truly unique homes. From the bare brick walls and the original iron pillars to comfort cooling and modern kitchens, the apartments balance an industrial yet homely feel perfectly, seamlessly connecting the two interiors to capture the history of the past whilst creating homes that are luxurious and stylish.

Wow! As a Malaysian, I am really proud. It's really elegant and beautiful with utmost respect to the heritage of Battersea . Job well done!
It is spectacular!
Mmmm… Unfortunately not a job well done. However, as we Brits couldn’t manage to do a development in the last 40 years, so we can’t really complain!! But let’s call a spade a spade; this is just another faceless international development, completely disrespecting the integrity of the building and it’s unique significance to Londoners. Faceless modern apartments crammed into the site, whilst the building itself, humiliated by having its guts torn out and replaced with endless corporate company shopping that can be found anywhere in the world. Inside you could be anywhere; from Singapore to New York. London is lost…..😔.
why I'm crying seeing this... Proudly Malaysian
PROUD MALAYSIAN 🇲🇾❤️🇬🇧
It's lovely that a building that once warmed homes is now being warmed by homes ❤️
So lovely!
I've just bought one of the 2 bedroom apartments im over the moon. It was worth the wait❤
Amazing!
Congrats!
Congrats
Are the apartments actually inside the power station or the building next to it? Congrats on your purchase !
I love the fact that they kept the chimneys. Gives it a very unique and original look.
We agree!
The chimneys were demolished for safety reasons and new ones have been built to replace them, they are not as high as the originals.
A lot of Pink Floyd fans would be really mad if they would have gotten rid of the chimneys.
Not original… rebuilt, because the developer didn’t want to pay for the maintenance costs of the original chimneys.
@@badgastein2 The new chimneys have been constructed precisely according to the original specifications, encompassing both height and radius. The initial reconstruction focused on the south-west chimney, which was limited to a height of either 25m or 27m (my recollection is hazy on the exact figure). To ensure accuracy, laser levels were employed from the ground before proceeding with further construction, enabling constant monitoring to confirm adherence to the specified tolerances. The decision to adhere to the original height specifications during the chimney rebuild was primarily motivated by the desire to maintain the existing skyline for residents in high-rise buildings. By reconstructing the chimneys to their previous heights, the intention was to ensure that the changes would not significantly alter the skyline as seen by those living in nearby high-rise blocks. This consideration aimed to preserve the familiar visual environment for the affected residents.
It's a bit Malaysian style of residency currently in the market. The duplex style with lot of natural lighting. Love it.
I'm from Malaysia 🏭🇲🇾
Hello from London! 👋
Love the fact they've stayed true to the heritage of the station in the interior design. Impressive development all round 👏
Very impressive!
WOW, I'm absolutely gobsmacked...I saw the abandoned power station in 2003, and feared it might be demolished - it's on my bucket list when I return to London from Melbourne, Australia...
Yay, it's a great destination!
I love that they've breathed new life into such an iconic building.
Those prices though! Ouch! 😳
The building is beautiful and been given a whole new lease of life!
Can we give the lovely agent a thumbs up , for an excellent and detailed presentation 👍🏽
Thanks for watching!
Indeed!
It’s extraordinary how much detail went into the original when you compare it to later power stations like Drax or Didcot. No wonder it had to be saved. I do like the end result. Now, if only there was a pink 🐖 flying from one of the chimneys the redevelopment would truly be complete!
So much detail!
MALAYSIA BUILDING WOW POWER OF MALAYSIA😎❤️🔥👍
👏👏
I was first introduced to the Battersea Powerstation by Pink Floyd. A pig floated over the top. The place looks great. I am so happy the powerstation look has been preserved.
Great!
Legendary..
Wow!!! This is stunning. My family also lived close by this building. Uber boat, tube stop. Can't wait to visit the UK, again to stop by.
Amazing!
I played a small part delivering glass for over a year from the northwest down to battersea, its amazing to see the finished article now after over 20 years.
Amazing!
I must say that when I saw this I was so exited. But I have to say that they have not used enough of the old styling in the apartments. It was just any contemporary design with just a little dab of original. I would have liked to see more brick and steelwork.
Thank you for taking the time to comment. As the building is listed they had to be very careful during building. Many of the external walls in the apartments are brick as well as the corridors and lobby.
Great video and stunning area. I was at the Power Station yesterday and whilst it's no where near there yet...you can see the attraction. Great host too!
Very cool!
This is such a brilliant refurb, made even better by the fantastic review, the camera work, production & host are top notch. I always find it funny comparing these type of apartments to those in New York, because there are no apartments in New York this spec anywhere near this price range.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hello London from Malaysia..I've been London twice 2016/2018 and I really² love it..I ever saw this abandoned power station but never expect that Malaysia will buy n develope it become a stunning place like now..🤗🤩
Thanks for watching, so glad you like the property!
Very informative - thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
i was based in chelsea barracks for 2 years in the mid 70s . this place has undergone unbelievable change . for the better . the fairground in the park was amazing then . the difference between chelsea and battersea was incredible , the alfred bridge was a partition between rich and poor . now so different . so many places in the south bank have had major investment . including stockwell and brixton .
It has undergone a massive change!
Looks lovely. Well done everyone involved.
Thank you for watching!
Amazing Video!!! Love the intro!!!
Thank you!
80s baby here who grew up in the 90s in Battersea. I went to a primary school called John Milton (no longer there) on Thessaly Road which was opposite to the power station. You don't realise how big it is until you're up close to it.
It is very big and also very beautiful.
i want one just for the PINK FLOYD connection ! :)
Thanks for watching!
I like the tap details styled as shut off valves, which is what a tap is of course.
There are great details!
Great presentation, well done this lady.
Glad you liked it!
Like proper iconic innit
Very impressive!
On your way to 10k subscribers. Your guys deserve even more as your dedication shows in your videos. 🤗☺️
Thank you!
Great presentation, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Fabulous video.
Girl done a fantastic job 👍👍👍🥂🥳
Thanks for watching!
Love the apartment! The tile pattern on the kitchen backsplash is called a stacked bond. The bathroom seems a bit cheap, they should of gone for a black matt finish on the shower, taps etc.
Thanks for watching!
wow just breathtaking
We agree!
Very impressive transformation.
Glad you like it!
must be real hard and exhausting for taking ppl thru details of it. thx for your effort. that's fascinating makeover. great video!
Thank you so much!

We are glad you like it!
Wow looks really stylish.
Thanks for watching!
Amazing environment...I love it
Great!
It’s power station. They turned it into living property. The people here know how to get money. Great job
Thanks for watching!
Lovely job,you can see where the money’s been spent.
Thanks for watching!
What an amazing presentation! I’ve noticed that you never mention parking in your videos. I think a lot of viewers would like to know if they can buy or rent secure parking for cars and motorcycles.
Other than that, kudos for another informative and entertaining high quality video!
Thank you for your feedback, we will make sure to take it on board!
I absolutely love what they've done with the Battersea power station 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
Masterpiece I can say
So do we!
My Grandfather used to run battersea power station
Very impressive!
I used to work right next to it, at Spicers Paper Warehouse, back in the early 60's.
Thanks for watching!
How wonderful it must be to have the money to afford to live in this iconic industrial building - I certainly would if I had the money. 😁
Thank you for watching!
Well done to the presenter for putting in the time and effort to nail this!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Damn, this was enjoyable. All the comments below were saying this. I agree, the presenter is great.
Thanks for watching!
Lovely Thanks
Most welcome 😊
speechless, wowowow
It's amazing!
Great detailed video, can you do a separate 3 bedroom apartment tour?
The 3 bedroom apartment is now sold however, there are other apartments still for sale!
Thanks for this video, esp since I am not living in UK but am considering purchasing one of these properties
Glad it was helpful!
as my family grew up around battersea my grandfather worked at the original power station
Amazing!

Thanks for watching!
love those light switches
They are very stylish indeed!
Wow, you guys only had like 3k subscribers 2 months ago and hardly no views, growing rapidly! All the best
Thanks! 😃
Very nice.
Thank you!
Lovely video. What’s the name of the fully glass building in front of the one you guys showed?
Circus West Village
This is called Dawson House
It was called Battersea Power Station Phase 1 but is now called Circus West.
A Pink Floyd fans dream to live there.
Thanks for watching!
Thank you very good tour best I've seen liked everything about it the only thing I didn't like which I thought was a bit naff is those gold taps and fittings i would really get fed up with those after a short time in fact I would have them changed immediately if I moved in but the rest of it is absolutely fabulous
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for your honest opinion we all have our preferences! 😌
Have to be impressed buy the scale of this project. Beautiful finishes as well. Although @11:17 cuttin in under that light switch could have been better for 1.6 million.
I am not sure the actual power station is attractive but the facilities are astonishing. The neighbouring hundred acre park is fantastic.
Glad you like the facilities!
fab !
Thanks for watching!
Excellent, I'll take one!
My opening offer is £5, a packet of roast beef monster munch and a curly wurly.
We do love a curly wurly...

Does anyone know if the chimneys are still used?
One chimney will be a viewing platform for visitors
Very good British accent. That’s smashing.

Great video! What's the Intro Montage music please?
Thanks for watching! All the music is from: www.epidemicsound.com
Wonderful video, I love it when they have the price in there. For the apartment that’s £1.6 million, what is the typical monthly HOA or condo fee or whatever they call it over there. Thank you
Glad you liked the video!😊
I like :)
Thanks for watching!
Indo ketar ketir melihat ini
🤤 So so nice
Thank you!
I love the view Bablu
Glad you like it!
Great presentation thank you, personally not my thing way too over developed for me
Thank you for taking the time to comment!
All it needs to be perfect is a floating pig near one of the stacks
That sounds like a very familiar album cover….
Is this a replica? The last time I went to London and passed it on a train several years ago it was covered in scaffolding and at least two of the chimneys were gone. I thought they were demolishing it for new flats and to add value to the surrounding flats which overlooked it.
Due to microscopic fisher cracks the chimneys were unstable and so had to be reconstructed for safety measures. However, the majority of the original building has been restored and reused.
I wonder how much the service charges are there!
For more information please visit our website: www.chbl.uk
Love the Battersea power station and some of the towers around it. But too many flats around the great building.
Thanks for commenting! The Power Station is sat on a 42 acre site, 19 acres of which are green space and as it is along the river front, currently only half (the back and one side) have buildings next to it. For a zone 1, Central London home, we think this is pretty good!
Battersea Park the 200-acre has been their since 1854.
Nice review, but not enough natural light for me.
Thank you for the compliment. We have plenty of properties with natural lighting check them out www.chbl.uk/en/ 😁
How much is the monthly service charge for heritage 47?
Hello, please contact the sales team for more information: www.chbl.uk/en/contact
💙
😊
Are the chimnies still working
One chimney is being converted to a viewing platform and the others are no longer in use
What are the lease terms and service charges?
For more information on the properties please get in touch via our website: www.chbl.uk/en/
Thank you ex PM Dato Seri Najib Razak for your vision & idea to make way for Malaysian investor to invest in Battersea and launched it back in 2013!
🙌
I'm from Malaysia. I'm interested to purchase few units apartment for investment purpose. How should I contact you? Thank you.
Hello, please contact Xiu Xiu on +447971 803 571 or xiuxiu.sun@chbl.uk
@@chbl.london thank you
The tube station is welcome but essentially it connects you to Waterloo and to the City and not to Chelsea and the West End, or indeed anywhere over the river or west at all.
Battersea Power Station is on the Northern line which connects you to Charing Cross, Leicester Square, Euston, Camden, Hampstead and more. The power station itself is just a 24 minute walk to Sloan Square, in Chelsea, or a 20 minute bus ride and to get to the West End, you can get off at Leicester Square and it's a 2 minute walk from there. The Northern line runs from south of the river and all the way to north London, so your connections to the rest of London are very good!
Vauxhall station is only a 5 minute bus ride that connects you to most of London.
Sloane Square is only a 6 min bus ride mate
6 meters high and not a floor heating?
There is underfloor heating in the bathroom and comfort cooling throughout the property as well as radiators.
Harriet smashed it.
Thanks for watching!
Do the rules prevent curtains being fitted in that it is listed?
No you can still fit curtains as it is interior
Not getting the New York vibe 😅?
Is the one bedroom available for rent?
Please contact one of our agents they will be able to assist you. Thank you www.chbl.uk
