- The Voltaris aren't the only dangers in the world of Ardonia. Mercenaries Jalkar and Grim are attempting to steal a precious item from the castle of Etherea, Lucan has been assigned to mining duty in the caves where the zombies and undead lurk, and Senn and Ria hope to one day adventure and explore.
Songs of War: Episode 2 is the second part of the Minecraft animation series brought to you by Black Plasma Studios. It is a medieval fantasy adventure with three seasons, and ten episodes per season.

That's perfect !
As much as I love storytelling methods that don’t rely on words to convey emotion, seeing this kind of story with full voice acting is honestly incredible. Two episodes in, and I already feel so immersed in this world and connected to its characters. The fluid animations only add to the great writing and excellent delivery, for both comedic purposes as well as making the main characters feel alive.
Great work! I can’t wait to see where this series goes!

from a writing perspective, this is nearly flawless. the characters are built not only from dialogue but also from their specific inner logic. the way these are animated shows their personality types without having to overstress it with narration or more dialogue. show. don't tell.

On a similar note, can we just appreciate the visual storytelling in this series. Their experience with silent animations has paid off because they know how to convey as much meaning as possible through visuals alone. Ep 1 had an absolutely golden example with "I've made quite sure of that" and the framing of that shot, with the other Voltaris in the bg, implying that they killed everyone who found out about them without saying it aloud.
