Ingressus at his core wasn’t a bad person the other clans and the prime songs pushed him to act on his darker side. It truly makes you wonder how much pain and death could’ve been avoided had the Ardoni masters been more accepting, forgiving, and had just given Ingressus a chance to prove he and his clan weren’t monsters.
Fr he was pushed to be “the deathsinger”. If he hadn’t gotten the first 3 primes they would have given thalleous the primes to kill ingressus after the war, thalleous kept killing voltaris even after the war to show he absolutely would have done that. Seeing that the most skilled fighter ever is a voltaris, they would have justified letting thaleous have the primes. His alliance with the nether wasnt a bad idea since the old nether king wasnt as evil as the one ingressus killed. Ignoring the current revolt, they could have lived in peace after the next need to revolt came (it was inevitable since there was bound to be corruption in the nether system). After that they could work with the other clans to overthrow the nether and that would be one of the only ways the voltaris could be allowed back in. The second alliance with the nether is a massive blunder. You could tell Pythous was corrupt and untrustworthy when he admitted to killing his father, who Ingressus appeared to respect or revere. Ingressus was right to go to a time where the people grew weak, he could have gotten 3 or 4 of the primes songs without the nether, if not all. If he wasnt changed by the primes he would maybe have done something logical like a plan I mentioned. The voltaris had been snooping around for a while, they could have done plans covertly until ingressus has some of the primes. After they get what they need they can go to Old Voltaria. Who will stop them, the weak and borderline useless governments? The knights of ardonia were really small and weak. They could’ve all been killed, excluding Sen since he could be identified as voltaris This is all a mix of a ton of speculation and cope, so feel free to refute me.
I have been waiting for this for so long. It is a Masterpiece comparable to that of the original series. Thank you Xun Meng Long for finally letting me see the end of Songs of War.
I already saw this in Bilibili, and I gotta say this dude is incredibly underrated. Watching it made me cry, and it's been a very long time since something from SoW has moved me to tears, particularly since the growing allegations towards the creator of the series(David) that got me pretty upset. XunMengLong, you should be proud of yourself, and props to the VAs as well!

As a long time SoW fan that has been following practically every fan movement since the originals release, this was a dream come true. Mindblowing. Brought me back to the days when I first read the script. With everything that has recently happened with BPA, this may be the final major SoW content ever created. Well done.

It definitely still lacks a lot of general polish and different sense of directing, but there’s a lot here to be proud of. Super impressive that you did all the animation by yourself though. Keep at the awesome work. Quickly tho, may I request that you add the season 1 video link in your description along with the Black Plasma channel since this is fanmade? Didn’t seem to be much credit given other than saying fanmade. Appreciate it. Also wanted to give a bit of feedback for the future, but feel free to pass over this. -I’d really encourage you to research into the 180 camera rule. Was noticing the camera jumping to the opposite sides of characters, especially while they were talking around 10:00 and it got very jarring. 180 rule is very crucial to good camera work, so would highly recommend looking into. -Mist/atmosphere seemed to be lacking a lot. Would really recommend playing a lot more with mist to help separate characters from background, as things blended in lighting wise a lot of the time. Can play a lot with mist size or bringing it closer up to the camera. There was very little atmosphere to nearly every scene. -more a personal note, but I really feel it was a missed opportunity to use the “Adventures” track in AfterInfinity’s extended material. Pretty sure it was made to be used for the final scene. Again great work tho. Keep at it
@@bagastian3125 Guidelines are a better way to put them, but yes there are guidelines to what makes cinematography, choreography and all the film related topics look good. Camera I would argue is one of the most important things to learn to make a good animation/movie. Without it, your animation will just look bland and static. 180 rule is one of those guidelines.
@@bagastian3125 there’s not 180 rules if that’s what you think I said. There’s a rule called the “180 rule” which basically means keeping the camera within a 180 degrees zone of your focus objects. Otherwise for any other guideline you learn from studying or just remember from practice.

Ive watched SoW when it came out and got hooked up so fast, and soon enough, season 2 and 3 got cancelled. Life caught up at this moment and i forgot about this series as fast as it came (even though i still have this amazing grim pillow). This got my spark for SoW revive and i watched all of the official episodes along with the behind the scenes (i love those they are great). Thank you for those 4 hours away from reality. I really cant imagine the grind of doing everything from the animation to the render, with the vfx... This is truely amazing dude. You did exactly what David from bps gave up on doing. Insane work!

Oh my god...this is a masterpiece. Never have I seen a fan creation so....Good! It's like it was made by BPS but to be honest it genuinely looks better in a lot of ways. This video made me shed a tear just because of how emotional Songs of War is, but moreso because of how impressive this is. The legacy of SoW will live on forever even if the series did not. I have not watched to the end of Songs of War since the first two times I watched it. However this animation was beautiful, so smooth and I could never come up with anything better. It gave an amazing end to an amazing story and I thank you so much for making it. I can't wait to see what you come up with next!
It was Perfect. Perfect.down to the last minute details I can’t imagine the effort you made to finish this video but mad respect to the dedication Hope to see more animations like this to other scene in Songs of war even if it’s only the most important scenes
The final battle between Ingressus and Pythus was incredible, the usage with the songs were awesome, it was how I imagined they would be used and fought with. The backstory was accurate and uplifting, that detail with Ingressus giving Achillean a staff to train with was great. After the backstory, I remember reading that Senn's markings change after it finished. Ingressus's death itself was heartbreaking, him watching the sunset one last time and dying. One problem though, the audio is a bit quiet.

I've been looking for this for months, off and on, and it's only today, 5 months after its release, that I finally found it ; what a shame 😅. But I'm happy nonetheless, because I'm currently not doing well at all, between my depression, my nightmares and my general boredom, such a jewel has done me a lot of good, so it was ultimately a good thing to i've discovered it so late, because it really cheered me up 😊! In any case congratulations, excellent work, it's bordering on perfection 😍, total respect !

When Songs Of War S2 and 3 got canceled I kept telling myself that if I wait a few Years, someone will bring it back and end it how its supposed to. As months go by many Fan Animations were made, some were good and some were just fine. But a lot of them never gave me the same feeling as the main Songs of War. But then I found your Animation, of Deathsinger’s Return, which ranks to the top as one of the greatest Fan Animations of Songs of War. So far it was just the Battles, but after that you made a whole Story of Senn finding out he was a Voltaris, and then, THIS. Comparing this with the Main Animation it is VERY SIMILAR, and you edited and animated this ALONE! The fact that you had the motivation to do all this is an immediate RESPECT! You’ve done a SPECTACULAR JOB on it all! I don’t know what you’re planning to do after this but I wish you all the luck in the world. 👍I hope you’ll be given greater recognition for what you’ve done.
As a Songs of War fan for some years now, and hopefully some more to come, this was a religious experience, thank you for this undescribable effort and for doing what no one else managed to do

This was such a beautiful series. I am so grateful that talented people such as yourself decided to take up what remained and finish this masterpiece. Season 2 and 3 were a blast to watch and even though I have seen the videos where David showed the script, it was a long time ago and I forgot plenty. But I won't anymore, these animations, characters and story will live on in my memories as they're some of the most spectacular things I've ever witnessed.
Where's the BPS or KoA teams? Everything in the animation was on point and animated really well, from the intense duel between Pythus and Deathsinger, to the flashback of Ingresses's past, to the legend's final words and passing, and finally, the aftermath of the Second Great War. It's no wonder your channel wasn't active for awhile. It definitely shows you placed a lot effort into making it. As a simple conclusion, thank you for making an impressive ending to Songs of War. I'm looking forward to see what you do next.

This video made me shed a tear just because of how emotional Songs of War is, but moreso because of how impressive this is. The legacy of SoW will live on forever even if the series did not. And I thank you for making such a beautiful video.
It's funny how could BPS made better animations than some millionaire company, and David story such of this. Really one of the best story and movie that ever existed.

I have not watched to the end of Songs of War since the first two times I watched it. However this animation was beautiful, so smooth and I could never come up with anything better. The final battle between Ingressus and Pythus was incredible, the usage with the songs were awesome, it was how I imagined they would be used and fought with. The backstory was accurate and uplifting, that detail with Ingressus giving Achillean a staff to train with was great. After the backstory, I remember reading that Senn's markings change after it finished. Ingressus's death itself was heartbreaking, him watching the sunset one last time and dying. One problem though, the audio is a bit quiet.

this is a true masterpiece. a tip for future sow animations and fights: ask megste if he could send you the VAs lines (val, saxon, trevor, fredric, hasan, denny, allister, nitsuke, yujuki, masani, borgen, onyx, vulcannus , pythus, skorch, grek, glacian, baker) from the third season of Songs of War. he has them all
I've been looking for this for months, off and on, and it's only today, 5 months after its release, that I finally found it ; what a shame 😅.
But I'm happy nonetheless, because I'm currently not doing well at all, between my depression, my nightmares and my general boredom, such a jewel has done me a lot of good, so it was ultimately a good thing to i've discovered it so late, because it really cheered me up 😊!

When Songs Of War S2 and 3 got canceled I kept telling myself that if I wait a few Years, someone will bring it back and end it how its supposed to. As months go by many Fan Animations were made, some were good and some were just fine. But a lot of them never gave me the same feeling as the main Songs of War. But then I found your Animation, of Deathsinger’s Return, which ranks to the top as one of the greatest Fan Animations of Songs of War. So far it was just the Battles, but after that you made a whole Story of Senn finding out he was a Voltaris, and then, THIS. Comparing this with the Main Animation it is VERY SIMILAR, and you edited and animated this ALONE! The fact that you had the motivation to do all this is an immediate RESPECT! You’ve done a SPECTACULAR JOB on it all! I don’t know what you’re planning to do after this but I wish you all the luck in the world. 👍I hope you’ll be given greater recognition for what you’ve done.

This was such a beautiful series. I am so grateful that talented people such as yourself decided to take up what remained and finish this masterpiece. Season 2 and 3 were a blast to watch and even though I have seen the videos where David showed the script, it was a long time ago and I forgot plenty. But I won't anymore, these animations, characters and story will live on in my memories as they're some of the most spectacular things I've ever witnessed.

Where's the BPS or KoA teams? Everything in the animation was on point and animated really well, from the intense duel between Pythus and Deathsinger, to the flashback of Ingresses's past, to the legend's final words and passing, and finally, the aftermath of the Second Great War. It's no wonder your channel wasn't active for awhile. It definitely shows you placed a lot effort into making it.
As a simple conclusion, thank you for making an impressive ending to Songs of War. I'm looking forward to see what you do next.
