thanks for the tutorial. I wanted to share with you that I dip my earring in a water and elmer's glue mixture. I then pat them dry a little and place them on a plastic paper plate to dry. If its not as stiff as I want, I re-dip it and repeat the process. hope that helps you. It great for stiffening.
I know I had a few comments and one of them you were asking what size needle I used for these. I have no idea what I did that made your comments disappear but I used a size D 3.00 hook.
Parabéns pelo trabalho, e obrigada por compartilhar conosco sua arte, eu amei, fiz alguns e ficaram lindos. Assisti o vídeo 3 vezes até consegui fazer certinho, OBRIGADA, Beijos.
Hello, the earring is so beautiful but I'm doing something wrong because when I'm done it does not have the teardrop shape. Going to keep working on it something got to give. I love it.
The earrings start off looking round. Then you have to add 4 stitches to make a point in it and that's how you get the tear shape. Start over and watch the video as you you go along. I'm sure you missed something. Remember to start off with the right amount of stitches or you won't get the same result.
Thank you for this tutorial, I've been looking for a simple teardrop shape for the wings of an amigurami owl I'm creating and it's been surprisingly difficult to find! I'm not sure if you'll see this, but if you do, can I ask what to do to make a larger shape? Do I alternate rows of 2hdc, 1hdc around with hdc all the way round? (Plus the 2dc, ch1, 2dc in the chain space, of course.)
Hi there you said to one other you can sell localy. I am sorry I do not drive and lives out in the country side while husband works out of town for the month I sell online is this ok?
Thanks for sharing the tutorial. It's great that you explained the yarn size for this project thoroughly.

Beautiful
Could I use nylon thread for these? I ended up with a ton of it and was thinking it would be great for these . Keep the earring light.
I use Loops & Threads Woolike Simili-laine yarn for earrings with a b or c hook. Super light.
Also added, I don't double the strands
