It turned out to be owned by the Town. I went back and picked up all of those violations letter. If the Town can’t abide by the Ordinance we can’t require the Citizens to.

After some kid almost got hit my dad stood in the middle of the street with a 2x4 so they would stop. Words were exchanged. Other guy was bigger but my dad always said he learned in the army the bigger they are the harder they fall. It took care of the problem. And then all the neighbor kids were scared of my dad. Grass isn't a good way to maintain a low carbon footprint. It doesn't replace enough oxygen to make up for the fuel used to maintain it. You are better off growing trees and perennials in your yard. Well, the earth would be better off, my husband and I came to an agreement regarding all of that. We have a very small grass area and the rest is trees and perennials. He "gets" to mow and I get to help the earth.
