My brother Tayo...you need to re-live the Matatu experience. What you experienced is honestly not good enough. Your local guide should have you experience the Rongai route in one of the matatus. You will be back to thank me.
Meanwhile, I still offer my free guide to Nairobi if your local guide doesn’t know some of these things you should do in this city.
Your reaction to your marathon ride reminds me of my experience riding on a ‘Keke’ in Kaduna State...and traffic in Lagos. 🤭😂

You have no idea that In the 80's, the whole city of Nairobi was endowed with efficient yellow Kenya buses!! I stayed at eastleight across the KBS garage and yiu wouldn't wait no more than 5 minutes to board a bus to the city!! Those buses were great. Taxes were available too that operated on non travelled KBS buses. Times have changed!!

very true, the kbs continued till 2005 i think, they used to commute as far as limuru , ndenderu etc very reliable and timely, they even introduced a megarider card in 90s but corruption failed it, so Nairobi could be very far ahead if there was a vision to that.

Maybe he already left. That's where Kenyan vloggers were supposed to step up and help him out like Nigerians did for Wode Maya and Trudy. Adventure Singh and Wabosha Maxine assisted but it wasn't enough maybe because they had other things to do. Trudy isn't around but she's supportive too.
