Das lustige ist, dass der liebe Florian schon so lange in Korea lebt, dass er im Deutschen sogar einen koreanischen Akzent hat 🤣. Ich finde das immer lustige zu beobachten, wie Leute in ihrer Muttersprache einen Akzent entwickeln, weil sie schon so lange eine Fremdsprache sprechen.
Wenn man sich mit anderen Leuten fließend in einer anderen Sprache unterhält und dann einzelne Deutsche Wörter sagen muss, hat man aber öfter einen Akzent drin. Auch wenn man eigentlich ganz normal Deutsch spricht. Man ist dann einfach noch so im Modus der anderen Sprache. Vor allem wen die andere kein Person kein Deutsch spricht passiert das häufiger.
I‘m a native German and all I can say is compared to other European languages like Spanish or French, German has an incredibly difficult and confusing grammar. So props to anyone learning German, you’re doing great and don’t give up! I’ll try hard to learn Korean too:)
I mean I’m really bad at grammar but my mother always says that even though German grammar is difficult to enter, English fe is much harder to actually master. She always says that there are two different triangles when learning languages. Ones broad aka difficult in the beginning and later on easier aka slimmer and the other one’s the other way around. So idk about the whole comparison of which one’s harder. It always depends on so much ... also native language as an example

Maybe this can help for the special "Umlaute"/vowels. I would say these are the most similar in Korean. ä / ae ->ㅐ / ae , IPA sign: ɛ ö / oe -> ㅚ / oe , IPA sign: ø ü / ue -> ㅡ / ue , IPA sign: y :)
When Florian started teaching her about greetings and said he’s from the south so they use other slang I knew he’d say Servus. I’m from the north but we also use Servus sometimes just as a joke

I unfortunately can't speak any of the dialects. Our village here is sandwiched between the Pfalz (Palatinate) and Hunsrück and doesn't belong to any of those two regions. We're also close to the Saarland. It's common that words change even if places are belonging to the same subregion and are close to each other. We have like 5-7 main regions and they can be cutted down in subregions (It's a bit complicated). Some cities have their own dialect. Example: In Palatinate the word Keeskopp (Käsekopf - cheese head) means Dutch(man).

In the german language the rolled “r” is also a thing but i think it really depends on the person haha. I do it.
