Why do they do this? good thing I looked it up first before buying because it was not clear in the description. it just says it includes 2 epic DLC so someone will definitely be confused if the DLCs are the separate one or if there's another DLC. it's so misleading. they should just name the 2 DLC included in that purchase. Why be so vague?
I found myself asking the same question when finding this out. I really don't know why they do this because the game is amazing - I wouldn't think they need to scam a few extra dollars. Let's just chalk it up to a mistake?

Both make sense! Either way is fine. I personally bought it all just starting the game. You generally beat the game before accessing the dlc, but you can do it before the final boss I believe
