Great information as always, I try to play and work with different bits on my own. But yall are always my go to when I need some teaching. As always, you guys rock!!
Great video Eric..I find the sc50, outside my price range seems a lot of money to me..I use cnc bits with a collet to fit my router and the cost is really cheap compared to the sc 50..and they work for me...
If you choose the 60 degree and you come to an area where it would be too wide, do you lift the router so it doesn't go as deep or should it have been cut with the profile bit to start?
Yes if I'm using the 60 I would lift it if I needed to in the thin areas. I would try to determine before i start carving if I needed to use the profile instead of the 60.
Just curious, I recently found eye screws & some chain on Amazon. I went to Amazon thru your page & was hoping you get credit. If not maybe for future use you can add these items to your page. Thanks again for all of the info.
