Hi! Love the demo! I just saw a demo from another content creator - unfortunately it sounded really bad. He stacked his grooves on top of another stepped sequencer then I thought the rhythm was compromised and sounded off. He was using a 4/4 beat. I’m wondering what the cause was? Can you stack grooves with this module on top of external grooves? Maybe that's what he was doing?
any chance your source is from a computer? we tested mk1 with many different hardware without any problems (but we know ableton for example makes some funny things when it comes to the start of the midi clock)... maybe could you send us a detail of your config to support@shakmat.com so we can look at this in private and take time to try to figue out what the issue is ;) cheers
@@ShakmatModular hey Guillaume/ Francois :) Source are different (Cirklon, ERM) and the result is always the same - yes, will send you the full description with mail.
Excellent module! Im always looking to add deviation to my clock sources to provide movement. This has it all built in! Great work. 👍🏻
Glad you like it!
Really nice set of features! Powerful pawn ♟️

It would be great if it would be possible to use the MIDI input alternatively as a MIDI clock output as well.
Great grooves! So can Four Bricks Rook follow all of the grooves / irregular clocks from Clock O'Pawn mk2 without any problem?
100%
looks great. Does it save the current settings on power cycles? or do you have to save manually?
it automatically saves the current settings on power cycles and you can also store presets ;)

yes, it saves the current settings on power cycles ;)
Will there be a expander to get MIDI output?
No expander planned !
Is the color of the screen red, orange or yellow????
orange ;)
@@ShakmatModular ok thanks
I hope a delay option is a remedy for the MK1 problem of loosing the first 16th note sync in MIDI slave mode. Thanks
