I waited so long for real pianists to interpret this arrangement which was originally written only for virtual pianos. we tried with a friend and it was still too early for us. well done guys! nice work !
Thanks so much Raphy! Appreciate your kind words! Hopefully I get to watch your interpretation soon!
This is incredible! That's the most impressive piano March of the Resistance I have ever heard! I love how those fast cords thundered.
And might I compliment the camera person too? The little focus on R2-D2 shenanigans made my day :)
ikschrijflangenamen thanks so much! R2-D2 had to make an appearance.
AMAZING JOSH SO PRETTY
YOUR SO TALENTED WITH YOUR FINGERS LOL!!!!!!!
WOW! I love that there's a recording of two pianists actually playing this, instead of the midi version!
ّWonderful. This music sums up the entire film so well and completely brings back the excitement of the original trilogy. You guys played it superbly! Thanks!
Wow, thank you so much!
Una interpretación magnífica, enhorabuena!! Venía de ver el vídeo de Thomas Kobialka. Me gusta más aún vuestra interpretación, veros tocar. Unos artistas los dos, y también los demás que participan en el video. Me encanta el montaje del video.
At 6:45 very satisfying octaves scale !
It’s my favourite type of run on the piano!
WOW. I'm speechless. That's just breathtaking. Well done.
Thanks Ian!
I love this arrangement! Sounds just like the original video! awesome job guys!
Thanks Alex!
Awesome job! I loved the original arrangement from Thomas, so to see it played was really cool. I actually think "The Falcon" part being at a faster tempo than the OST sounds better, as it feels more frantic.
Thanks Elijah! Much appreciated! Yea that’s what I felt about “The Falcon” also. The dissonance in the ostinato and the irregular time just needed a little boost. Glad you like it. Thomas is an awesome arranger! Huge thanks to him!
The only dignity I've seen attached to this movie so far... well done! (+ my son is in grade 6 at St. Mike's). He's amazed.
momtonat thank you!
This is amazing! The notes are so articulate and precise! I love all of the dynamics you two integrated into this piece!
Thanks so much Suzanne! I really appreciate your kind words!
No problem! You two earned it!
Amazing arrangement and performance
Thanks! @tomekkobialka is an amazing arranger! Check out his UA-cam channel.

I play it myself so I let this timestamp here :)
How long did it take you to learn this?
I can’t remember. I do recall having 1 rehearsal together before recording it straight through in 1 take. This video is a compilation of both these sessions.
@@JoshTamayo Wow.
