Thanks for the video. Had this adapter for a while to use my PS4 controller as my right Joycon started drifting. I recently needed the motion control features but they didn't seem to work and wondered if the PS4's gyro was not compatible, but your video has shown that this is not the case and I just needed to switch to pro mode (purple) and enable the controller in the settings. For anyone with the same issues as me, go to 3:20 in the video. Cheers!

Great insight, I've had the Mayflash Magic-NS for 6 months now and didn't even know I can enable rumble or Gyro to my Dualshock 4 while playing on the Switch. I just enabled both features and it feels awesome. Thanx bro
Yep, this is the best Mayflash NS guide out there. This was the only place I was able to learn that you need to turn the Switch's pro controller wired mode on in order for the Mayflash NS Switch Pro Mode to function.
the latest version also supports NeoGeo mini, and then after update firmware to v1.28 (latest v1.32), it brings support to Sega MD/Genesis mini & Sega Astro City mini (the responding lighting is WHITE LIGHT). Just a reminder, prior to connect it to Sega MD/Genesis/Astro City mini, user must switch it to "white light" mode when connecting to PC, MAC, or LINUX computer first.
DS4 windows absolutely REFUSES to detect my PS4 controller through this adapter. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything, using the most up to date versions of everything, NOTHING.
Tried it while trying with a PS4 controller on a game for Switch in a store, it works perfectly. Maybe I'll never buy a Switch in my life, but hey, if I'll ever do, I'll use it to play using my favorite controllers so I'm covered. ... Yeah, also works for PS3, that's the main reason I bought it by the way.

It can store up to 4 device ids but you can only one use at a time. Using one wirelessly, and one wire on the adapter shows up as one controller on the Switch.

Yep, this is the best Mayflash NS guide out there. This was the only place I was able to learn that you need to turn the Switch's pro controller wired mode on in order for the Mayflash NS Switch Pro Mode to function.

If you're using it on the nintendo switch you have to switch the mode to switch pro (purple light). If not then you should have rumble by default
I have it on the Purple mode for my PS4 and it won't register. I downloaded the latest update for it too.

Oddly enough, you can re-map Xbox controllers but not Playstation. The feature is not documented and it doesn't seem like the binding hot-key works.

2 joycons controllers will connect to the Switch as usual and only one DualShock to the adapter.

Xbox controller does not have gyro at all. Only PS4 controller actually has it, while barely even uses it at all.
