Sir, enakku left leg tibia and fibula rendum fracture aagiruchu. Tibia la plate synthesis and fibula la rod fix panni irukkanga, just above the ankle fracture. Fibula rod romba painful ah irukku. 19.12.22 surgery aachu. Ankle la rod kuthura maari pain irukku. Bone nalla set aana thaan rod remove pannanum nu solraanga. I am 55 yrs old. Sugar, thyroid control la irukku. Rod kuthura pain temporary ah or permanent ah. Kindly advise me how to reduce the rod pain fixed in the fibula

*Fibula Bone ல இருக்க Rod, K-Wire ஆக இருக்கும் நினைக்கிறேன்.
*எலும்பு கூடுனதுக்கு அப்புறம் அந்த K-Wire எடுத்துருவாங்க அப்புறம் வலிக்காது எனவே Temporary பிரச்சனைதான் பயம் வேண்டாம்.
I made proximal humerus fracture with minimal displed. The doctor fix k wire on 29.12.2022. i have uncomfortable with this k wire. and mentally disturbed.
It is curable and when i return my normal course of duty Dr. , I am 42 years old
Keep K wire entry points (in the skin) very clean. Daily dressing of these kwire tracts is recommended.
Be careful not to disturb k wire- while wearing shirt/ sleeping at night.
K wire- will be removed after complete fracture healing as indicated by followup xray

வணக்கம் dr .im from srilanka age 22. Dr எனக்கு Femur neck ல் வெடிப்பு ஏற்ப்பட்டு DHS செய்யப்பட்டது. இதை எவ்வளவு காலத்தில் அகற்ற முடியும்? இது இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் AVN வர வாய்ப்புகள் உள்ளதா Dr?
Safe time for implant removal is 2 years
Risk of AVN depends on
- fracture pattern
- time between injury and surgery
- bone strength etc
Whatever needed for fracture has been done already.
Donot think too much.
Stay calm & wait for nature to heal the fracture.

pain illana, wait and watch, take xrays once a month and check for bone union.
Take healthy diet.
Sir bone two ends ku between gap iruku sir athan wait panurathunala hand ku ethum problem varuma please doctor illa bone graft panalama

சார் எனக்கு 20 நாள் ஆச்சு சார் கை எலும்பு உடைஞ்சு லெஃப்ட் கை இரண்டு எலும்பும் உடைஞ்சிடுச்சு புத்தூர் கட்டு போட்டு இருக்கேன் ஒன்னும் புரியவில்லை ஹெல்ப்
பொதுவாக Forearm முழங்கைக்கு கீழ் உள்ள இரண்டு எலும்புகளும் முறிந்து விட்டால் அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்து கொள்ளவதே அதற்கு சிறப்பான சிகிச்சை கட்டு போடுவதினால் எலும்பு கூடாமல் போவதற்க்கோ தவறாக கூடுவதற்க்கோ வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகம்.
