Wow... the ignorance of this comment is beyond belief. As a Latino man myself, I have never adopted so much of a victim mentality, that: 1) Watching an arbitrary video made me question my decisions 2) Actually believed that because people of color were in a marketing/recruitment video, that it meant the company valued DEI (I worked for a Fortune 200 company that promotes this yet is facing dozens of lawsuits for racial discrimination) 3) Many major corporate organizations C-Suite host a bunch of old grey haired men... It is what is it. 4) So many more points that should be said but I wont spend time on. Believe in yourself, provide value and own your worth. Companies will not and do not care about race. Stop creating a war that doesn't need to exist.

apply then and fix it and add to the diversity you want to see
