Hi Brandy, he's not reliable. He started off okay but then it takes him twice as long as the time he quotes. He doesn't communicate well and I wouldn't even want to put you through that.
Great video. We are looking to break into the Detroit rental market. We're looking for something TurnKey since we are out-of-state. Can you recommend any companies that will help with the purchase and management? Thanks in advance
Hello Madam, is there a way to share the detail of your contractor as I have acquired a property but looking for a contractor as I am not able to find one. Thank you
Does the dlba sell to out of staters? They should. Detroit needs to culturally and racially divesify, which usually is a formula for progress. Texas and florida open their arms. Why not Michigan?
Very informative
Great video 😍 what can you build on the land can you have a manufactured home?
Thanks for putting this together, the info and presentation was great.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What does the compliance process look like. Are you on the hook for water lines not connected etc.
Great question, they literally are changing the policy where the city is assisting in reconnecting the water lines in certain instances.
When you buy a landbank are their any tax liens or anything you have to worry about?
none at all. just if the water line has been cut
Wow congratulations 🎊 and I got a question please
Thanks!
Good Morning, thank you so much sharing this information. Will you please tell me who did your foundation work?

Sounds great! Yes, we actually assist with both the purchase and management. Let me know when you would like to speak info@haushunting.com
What areas would you recommend? Zip codes/Neighborhoods with most potential for buy and hold rentals?
Another DTLB Investor recommend 48234 & 48203.
Yes these are good but make sure you check the blocks first.
@@Athomewithmilfycee thanks this helped me a lot ❤

Hello Eric, I suggest finding a Realtor that can assist. Where di you live?
Can one get a grant, for the repair cost?
If you are living in the house. But there are loans that you can get from Flagstar Bank.
