CC is so above and beyond the understanding of almost every newbie dj out there today.. there are no "drops", no cheesy melodies, no corny hooks - just pure percussion & bass deep soulful enlightening timeless mixes
I know right? What's lame is that it's more difficult to find songs like that than the typical pop songs in this era
cant even wrap my head around how incredible this mix is. its insane how much is going on during the mix and how he perfectly manipulates all four tracks

This is seriously one of the best mixes of the year. Cox is a legend, one of my idols and year after year he shows why is respected worldwide by veterans to the scene and newbies alike.

I know Carl back when they called him Carl 3 decks Cox on Vinyl, back in 80's and 90's DJ Dimitri Kneppers and Carl Cox are the Godfathers of house and techno, the digital crap you see today, no artistry. I remember Cox with cameras on Him and a Set of 4-5 hours in Miami he was on three turntables that skip and dont have sinch and after 3 hours he lost control and everyone clapped 4000 ppl clapping for a human error, then he continued exploding space ;) I respect the men the friends the brothers because they were along with the Chicago and Detroit Crew the masters of music. Now it's no fun it's all automatic, of course with these 2 they are creative beyond beleif especially Dj Dimitri Kneppers from Holland!!!!

Incredible mix. Definitely seeing him on my next trip to Space. Richie Hawtin killed it but Coxy is God on the decks.
I like when a song has a cuss word in it, the look on his face is like "Oops, hope the crowd is ok with that" and then he does effects to cover it later on. Most other artists are all about the "Get up and FUCKING jump". I despise that.

Carl Cox seems like such an all round good chap. At first I wasn't so keen on his type of tech house but I've grown to appreciate it and I love the 4 deck action.
