    I am a 60 year old man, who has been utilizing HIIT long before it was called HIIT.
    It is the best option for overall fitness barnon.

    Alzheimer's is a metabolic disease, related to diabetes. Ergo, if HIIT is increasing insulin sensitivity, yes it's having a clear and direct impact on the potentiality of Alzheimer's.
