My sister works at Fjallkonan, a regular no-star restaurant in Iceland, Gordon Ramsay has been in there twice and is apparently very polite and nice. I've eaten there and while the food is good it's nothing to write home about, so he's eating at normie restaurants and not complaining it seems lol
I think it depends on each person. Personally, I like it a little between chewy and soggy so I dip it just a small part of the tip around 2-3 seconds before I take a bite out of it.
For that you need a bread that can hold the coffee well. Stodgy, dense, hearty breads. The types of bread that can withstand a dunk in the coffee. Good non-crumbly cookies also work too. That one in the video is a croissant. Just dunking it in hot coffee melts the butter in the pastry. Gordon knows that.
I wish so much that I could have this kind of camaraderie. I love Ramsay... I love Gino... Fred, I love you too. Wish I had friends like you are. Keep up this quite beautiful. And Gino.... dont be shy....
Thats a Michelin star restaurant, they are full on reservations, it's in the middle of a la carte business and a small takeaway takes 40minutes in a michelin restaurant. Speaking from experience

I have always found Gordon Ramsay entertaining. Can't say the same for Hollywood for the last 5 years though. I have never seen so called "celebrities" become "who gives a fuck" over such a short period of time. I like it though.
