I might try this but adapt the levels to suit my schedule better, I'm still in school so I have external pressure too but this could be a great way to work on commitment and my own discipline which could help in other areas of my life! Can I ask how you record your progress? And how much of your continuation in doing this is from this motivation and fear of going back to the start vs the discipline you've built- are they the same thing for you?
